Waikiki Beach
Waikiki Beach is Honolulu's most famous stretch of shoreline on the island of Oʻahu, with gentle waves that made it the birthplace of modern surfing. Diamond Head rises at its eastern end. The beachfront is lined with hotels, shops and restaurants, and a statue of surfing legend Duke Kahanamoku stands nearby.
