5 DAYS 5 places by WaTrips

Mount Rushmore, the Crazy Horse Memorial, Badlands National Park, Devils Tower and Theodore Roosevelt National Park.

The Great Plains hide some of America's most iconic sights. See the four presidents carved into Mount Rushmore, and the huge Crazy Horse Memorial still being carved nearby. Drive through the eroded spires of Badlands National Park, visit Devils Tower, sacred to many tribes, and end among the bison and painted hills of Theodore Roosevelt National Park in North Dakota. May to September is best.
