8 DAYS 11 places by WaTrips

Miami's South Beach and Wynwood, the Everglades, the Overseas Highway to Key West, Dry Tortugas, Disney World, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine and Clearwater.

Florida is beaches, theme parks and wild wetlands. Start in Miami on South Beach and among Wynwood's murals, then look for alligators in the Everglades. Drive the Overseas Highway over the Seven Mile Bridge to Key West, and take the boat or seaplane to Dry Tortugas. Spend two days in Orlando's theme parks, watch rockets at Kennedy Space Center, and end in St. Augustine, America's oldest city, and on Clearwater Beach. November to April avoids the heat and hurricanes.
