Alaska in 7 Days: Denali, Kenai Fjords, Juneau and Glacier Bay

7 DAYS 4 places by WaTrips

Denali National Park, Kenai Fjords by boat, Mendenhall Glacier and Glacier Bay.

Alaska is the last great wilderness. Spend two days in Denali National Park, riding the park bus to look for bears, moose and caribou below North America's highest peak. Cruise Kenai Fjords for glaciers, whales and sea otters, then fly to Juneau for the Mendenhall Glacier and two days in Glacier Bay, where huge glaciers calve into the sea. June to August is the season, with very long days.
