5 DAYS 5 places by WaTrips

Durban's Golden Mile and uShaka, Hluhluwe-iMfolozi's rhinos, iSimangaliso Wetland Park and the Drakensberg Amphitheatre.

KwaZulu-Natal mixes warm beaches, Zulu culture and great mountains. Start on Durban's Golden Mile and at uShaka Marine World, then go on safari in Hluhluwe-iMfolozi, where the white rhino was saved from extinction. See hippos and crocodiles in iSimangaliso Wetland Park, and end in the Drakensberg, hiking below the great cliff of the Amphitheatre. April to October is best.
